The purpose of this site is to allow southern Idaho mushroom lovers too keep up with what other people are finding. Please post general locations of the mushrooms found including Species or at least the Genus. A general location is something like, the Boise area greenbelt or within 5 miles of McCall. Please don't give away your secret locations. I will start posting some of my findings. I have password protected the site so only people I have given the password to can read the blog or make additions or corrections. Please don't give out the password to anyone without informing me of the persons email address and name or initals. I will keep track of who has access. I may need to contact someone if there are problems with their post. Please sign your post with your initials or name. If you are heading out you may want to check to see what others are finding. When you return make a short post to help others out. Postings about findings in other states or countries by blog members are welcome. I want this to be fun and informative not a burden.
